Good product with short comings

I bought this for my new Mobo bike since I ride away from home a lot and needed a bottle holder. The holder is finished very nice, no burrs or rough spots but it had no instructions as to mounting and had no mounting bracket, just screws. I bought a plastic bottle holder and used the frame adapter from it to mount the holder to the right steering lever near the bottom. The holder should come with everything needed to mount it to the bike, I should not have had to engineer the mounting or incur addition expense to use the product.

we lost the flag off of our mobo and needed a new one. I didn't see the flag offered online, so I called customer service and sure enough, they had one they could ship to me....so since the service was so good, I order another item. can't beat the feeling you get when someone goes out of their way to help you. thanks so much.
